OUR LOGO IS OUT!

Designed by one of the expedition scientists, the marine biologist Milene Guerreiro, the COASTANTAR 2024 Expedition logo represents the sailing vessel El Doblón that will host the expedition in February 2024 and an outline of Antarctica, with the Antarctic Peninsula protruding in the center top of the image. The blue colour represents the ice, the ocean and the atmosphere which drive changes in the Antarctic, while the yellow represents the warming, but also the beautiful Antarctic sunsets and sunrises that we hope to see frequently in our travelling.
